Lets talk about the quarter life crises, the signs you are having one and how to deal with it. In popular psychology, a quarter-life crisis is a period of life ranging from the twenties to thirties, in which a person begins to feel doubtful about their own lives due to stress associated with the transition to adulthood #adulting.

Harvard Business Review says that today’s #twentysomethings suffer more than previous generations. Not only do twenty-somethings report higher levels of negativity and feeling in-between than do other ages; the average age for depression has dropped from age 40 to 50 down to mid-20s. And it’s expected to drop further! Mind.org estimates that a third of twentysomethings feel depressed. So we’re not just in crisis younger; we’re in crisis longer. So lets talk about this and how to deal with it!

Leave a comment below with your quarter life crises and how you dealt with it.

Until next time… live an enchanted life!!!
