All this is shared from the personal experiences of Jimmy Kalombo. “Who dis?” you ask, well Jimmy, has over 6 years’ experience in Auditing, Accounting, Consulting, Mining and Investment Banking, having plied his trade in South Africa, the DRC (Kolwezi) and the USA (Miami). Jimmy is currently the founder and director of a company called Kuwasha Afrika that specialises in financial advisory and technology development.


Jimmy has an Honours Degree specialising in Chartered Accountancy and Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant. Over and above this corporate exposure Jimmy, with KuwashaTech (Pty) Ltd has successfully built and sells mobile apps that are made to the specification of the various organisational needs and requirements.

Jimmy’s track record in these various fields makes him ideal for tailoring solutions of investors and client requirements/needs. Jimmy is an entrepreneur at heart and was recognised by the Barack Obama Foundation as one of 60 South African leaders to represent South Africa in Chicago and Washington DC in June/July 2017 at the Mandela Washington Fellowship as a Young African Leader. He is also part of the Top 200 Young South Africans of the 2017 Mail and Guardian list.
